The Elevated Gallery Opens Its Doors

A New Kind of Stay in Downtown Denver

This week marked an important milestone in the Elevated journey.

We hosted our first-ever open house for local artists at The Elevated Gallery, and the outcome was more inspiring than we could have imagined.

From the moment guests stepped into the loft, the energy was tangible.

We welcomed 13 of the 20 incredibly talented Denver artists who will participate in this project, inviting them to walk the space, feel the atmosphere, and connect with the vision we’re building—where art and hospitality meet.

Hearing their energy and excitement firsthand was genuinely humbling. It reinforced why we created this space in the first place: to elevate both the guest experience and the creative community.

We are transforming the space into an immersive art gallery where our guests, who stay with us from all over the world, will have the opportunity to stay in a loft that is filled with art from local artists, with the option to purchase and take it home with them after their stay.

A Space That Truly Represents Denver

The Elevated Gallery is more than a furnished rental.

It is a thoughtfully designed, fully furnished high-end 2-bed, 2-bath downtown Denver loft located in the historic Denver Dry Goods Building, a space with character, open layout, and industrial charm that serves as both a comfortable home and a living art experience.

With over 1,700 square feet of space, exposed brick walls, large windows that flood the space with natural light, and walkable access to Denver’s 16th Street Mall, light rail, restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife, this loft is both a practical home base for travelers and a showcase of local creative work.

It's located right in the heart of the Denver Convention Center and theater district downtown, and steps from some of the best shopping and restaurants in the area.

The property comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and includes amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, secure keyless entry, and more—making it an ideal extended stay for professionals, relocating families, or anyone wanting immersive downtown living.

A Mission of Support and Connection

From the beginning, Elevated Furnished Rentals has aimed to provide more than just places to stay.

We believe in empowering local businesses and artists, and in building connections between our guests and the neighborhoods they visit.

We have many guests who stay at our furnished rentals as they are transitioning to the Denver area and looking for more permanent housing.

We also have guests who are here on work assignments, or just traveling through and checking out local events.

For all of these guests, and more, as a native Coloradan myself who has a lot of pride in my home state, it's been a rewarding opportunity to show people a different side of Denver.

Our portfolio of furnished rentals in Denver reflects this mission by partnering with creatives, partnering with local shops, and intentionally placing art and community at the heart of each guest’s experience.

The Elevated Gallery is the most visible expression of that mission yet.

Instead of blank walls and impersonal spaces, the gallery brings locally made art directly into the home.

Every piece tells a story.

Every artist contributes something meaningful. And during your stay, you’ll have direct access to view and purchase artwork right where you live.

The feedback from the artist community has been overwhelmingly positive, and we are deeply grateful for the trust these creatives have placed in this project.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing individual artist features, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content so you can meet the people behind the work and learn more about the stories that make this gallery vibrant.

Most of the artwork will be fully installed and ready to experience by February.
