The audit is a standalone paid service, and the research is yours to keep regardless of what you decide.

Work With Elevated If You Want Support
Once the strategy is clear, you can take the plan and run with it yourself or continue working with Elevated for paid consulting or furnished-rental setup and launch support.
If you move forward with Elevated within 30 days, your Property Strategy Audit fee is credited in full toward those services.
