The Elevated Gallery - Meet the Artists

At Elevated Furnished Rentals, we believe where you stay shapes how you experience a city. That’s why we created The Elevated Gallery: A living exhibition that connects guests directly with Denver’s creative community.

Each artist featured throughout this space brings their story, perspective, and energy into your stay. This page introduces the creators behind the work, offers insight into their artistic process, and shares their favorite places around Denver, so you can experience the city like a local, through their eyes.

Every piece you see is original and available for purchase. If something speaks to you, we invite you to connect.

Welcome to a stay designed to inspire.

Kelsey Huckaby

Kelsey moved to the Denver area from south of Austin in 2021 to broaden her artistic horizons.
She’s been involved in the Visionary Art scene since 2013, live painting at shows and festivals, painting murals, producing a clothing line, and also facilitating multiple organizational roles through the arts.

Her artistic practice has always been interwoven with a path of initiating, and curating arts events, showcases, venues, and even teaching art classes for both adults and children.

Service through the arts has always held an important place in her artistic pursuit and Kelsey relates this to being part of her dharma.

Many of her pieces reflect her own spiritual path and speak to the themes of Shadow Work and Transcendence.

Favorite place to go in Denver:
It's hard to narrow down one favorite spot. I personally tend to gravitate towards the artsy places of course! But I do also love to visit the Botanic Gardens. South Broadway is an area I've been curious about exploring more because there's so many interesting shops and so many options for food that all look so good with some neat bars sprinkled in between. Some of my favorite music shows I've seen have been at Mission Ballroom and The Fillmore but I do frequent Cervantes for live painting at shows.Santa Fe and RiNo districts are great for checking out galleries and street art.

KNOMAD

KNOMAD is a multi-disciplinary artist and art activist, whose practice combines 3D
objects, immersive installation, and A/V technology.

Their work explores themes of identity and place through the use of everyday
metamorphosis ... often employing light and sound to cultivate moments of magic from mundanity. On occasion, KNOMAD creates objects that transform domestic settings.

The cornerstone of their work, however, is in fostering community through public art
experiences, which whimsically illuminate the beauty of imperfection and day-to-day life. KNOMAD exhibits in situ at sites across the US. Their work has been featured by PBS and sponsored by global lighting companies, including Rosco and Astera LED.

While KNOMAD can be seen popping up anywhere, they are currently based in Denver
by way of Philly.

Alexandra Lapoule

Alexandra Lapoule is a Colorado-born French-American self-taught artist who transforms darkness into light through paint, drawing, and mixed media. Mesmerized by Mother Nature's divinely delicate details and humbled by life's impermanence, she creates with the intention of spreading bursts of brightness into the world.

Working primarily with accents of black, white, and touches of gold, Lapoule forecasts the importance of light and darkness while intensifying each colorful stroke and emphasizing the contrast between foreground and background. Her work celebrates the resilience of both the human spirit and Mother Nature through diverse artistic interpretation.

Her artist name honors her French heritage—transforming her mother's nickname for her "mapoule" (my chickadee) into a declaration of artistic identity and independence. May her art add moments of stillness to your day, bursts of brightness to your soul, and immense joy to your home.

Lisa Moley

From Philadelphia to the Rockies, my art is shaped by a lifelong passion for collecting moments and small wonders.

Blending fine art photography, bold pop art, and found-object assemblage, I invite viewers to look deeper and discover the extraordinary in the everyday.

Inspired by the quiet details of daily life, the nostalgia of Americana, and the playful energy of ordinary objects, I transform forgotten fragments into tactile stories that spark conversation.

My aim is simple: to share a sense of wonder and help you see something new in the familiar.
