As we bid farewell to 2024, we find ourselves reflecting on an incredible year filled with meaningful connections, milestones, and heartwarming guest experiences.

This year has been a testament to the power of hospitality, and we couldn’t be more grateful to our guests, homeowners, and the vibrant Colorado community that makes it all possible.
A Year in Numbers
In 2024, our furnished rentals across Colorado welcomed 93 guests and even made space for 16 furry friends in our pet-friendly properties.
Guests stayed with us for an average of 37.1 days, often using our rentals as a bridge to new beginnings.

Highlights of 2024
With its inviting design and convenient location, this 1-bed, 1-bath unit became our most popular rental, boasting a 96% occupancy rate.
It’s not just the proximity to both downtown Denver and the mountains that won over guests, but also the small touches like a welcoming living space perfect for unwinding after long days of work or exploration.
Mod Mediterranean (Capitol Hill, Denver)
A close second, this thoughtfully curated 1-bed, 1-bath unit achieved a 90% occupancy rate.
Guests loved its elegant interiors paired with the vibrant energy of downtown Denver just steps away.
We take a lot of pride in setting up each unit, but this one was very special. When I walked into the apartment for the very first time, I felt a certain type light, airy feeling, as if I were in a little Italian or Spanish villa. The warm, sunny eating nook stole the show, and I immediately saw a Mediterranean theme.
We looked far and wide for all of the perfect decor, and carefully selected the red and gold colors throughout. It seems to have turned out pretty nice, if we don't say so ourselves. We're so glad our guests have enjoyed it just as much as we do!
Stories That Stay with Us
One of our most memorable guest stories from 2024 comes from a family who stayed at our Lakewood property while awaiting the completion of their new home in Colorado. What started as a temporary move quickly turned into an enjoyable experience as they explored local parks (find Denver's best parks) and bonded with neighbors, finding a sense of community in their “home away from home.”
Another guest shared how staying at our Capitol Hill unit allowed more time and energy to focus on the medical procedure her husband was receiving from a nearby hospital.
This group stayed for four months, and took advantage of the surrounding park, shops, and restaurants as the husband continued his treatment and into recovery.
It was a pleasure hosting these guests, as well as the many others- all with unique stories.
